For the new Spring/Summer 2012 season, fine blends of silk, kapok and pima cotton bring out even more brilliance in the bright summer colours. In addition, large plaids and stripes lighten up the new looks. In our classic designs, MEYER continues to focus on cotton–wool blends that bring a new sportiness to wool. The workmanship and features meet the highest standards: brightly woven pocket linings, the greatest possible comfort and a hidden safety pocket. The silhouettes remain slim, especially for jeans and modern chino shapes. MEYER has stood for consistently excellent fits for 50 years – quality in every detail!
For the new season, MEYER is also very dedicated to FAIR TRADE. Our goal is to work as sustainably as possible, since we bear the responsibility not just for our fair manufacturing, but also for the living and working conditions of the cotton pickers. MEYER offers 3–6 FAIR TRADE items in every collection. Our own Romanian factory is fully FAIR TRADE certified, and its laundering facility also meets ecological standards.
